His communication was excellent, always replying to queries quickly and keeping me up to date with the installation. He arrived on time (early in fact - but called first), carried out the installation quickly, and provided photographic evidence of new equipment installed. He also showed my mother how the system worked and then transferred the doorbell over to my Ring account. His fee was also very reasonable (well within the range given by ChatGPT for such a job). Here’s a more natural version: Kieran  did a brilliant job replacing my shower, fitting new security lights outside and adding a new plug socket. He was informative, helpful and professional throughout, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. KE Electrical have just replaced my ex-storage heater consumer unit and brought the connections up to modern standards. I had previously come off Economy 7 and had my storage heaters replaced by modern electric radiators by a company that has since folded. I wasn't happy with their installation so I got Kieran to thoroughly check it. He has now made the installation safe. He was very competent and efficient.
